Just how many websites does government need? Here’s a round up of the websites created by the Scottish Government that we’ve found as part of the DirectScot project. There must be a better way of delivering all this information. DirectScot aims to radically simplify this cluttered and confusing landscape by rationalising large numbers of the websites listed above. By establishing a single platform it’s also hoped that the cost of delivering future government services and information can be significantly reduced.
